Our services

Finding and retaining quality educators to meet the needs of your institution can be extremely challenging. Our service broadens the pool of teachers available to you. 

 

We offer you access to: 

  • Competent and capable teachers that have Australian recognised qualifications with visas already in place 
  • Managed nomination and visa applications so you are able to on-hire from our pool of teachers
  • The option of direct visa sponsorship from our pool of teachers
  • Risk and fuss-free staffing as sponsoring individual teachers can be time consuming and expensive

Support

We operate with a On Hire Labour Agreement (OHLA) so all of your recruitment, placement and visa matters are done through Teach in Australia. Alternatively, we can arrange direct visa sponsorship with your school or ECE.  
 
We have assisted numerous organisations, from small to large, across many industries - in particular medicine and education - to recruit and retain talented international employees thus minimising disruption to services. 

 

By having an experienced immigration lawyer within our team, all aspects of the visa process are expertly managed, meaning there will not be any surprises or additional costs.

Our process

We have a simple and streamlined process in place for you:

  • Make contact with us to discuss your school or settings requirements
  • We will ask you to complete a job role and description that are seeking
  • Deborah will interview you to gather more details about your school or setting and your location
  • We will then seek a match for you with an international early years teacher, whom you will initially interview via Zoom
  • You will submit a contract to us for the qualified teacher
  • We manage the nomination and visa applications (where necessary)
  • And you are off and running with your new employee!

Fees

Our service fees will be discussed as a percentage of the gross annual salary of the qualified teacher as per their signed contract with your school or early childhood setting.

For organisations with more than five centres/schools you are encouraged to speak with us about our discounted rates.

In addition to the service fee for the recruitment and placement of the teacher, there will also be our expenses for the costs of the Nomination submission.   


The usual fees of a Nomination would be in the vicinity as stated below, subject to government changes:
